Today Joanna performs duets by Brahms (Op.61 and Op.75, no.3) in the Song Studio lunchtime concert at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with soprano Rose Stachniewska, tenor David Lynn and pianist Marianna Abrahamyan.
Joanna performs a lunchtime recital at St. Martin-in-the-Fields today with soprano Fiona Finsbury-Robinson, baritone David Cane and pianists Hayley Parkes and Alexander Panfilov. The programme includes Rebecca Clarke’s The Seal Man, songs by Clara Schumann and duets by Brahms. The concert begins at 1pm and entry is free.
On 9 Dec, Joanna will perform a lunchtime recital – Tell me the Truth about Love – as part of Bridgewater Hall’s “Introducing” series with baritone John Holland-Avery and pianist Rachel Fright. The programme features songs by Britten, Mozart, Brahms and Wolf. The recital begins at 12:45pm and entry is free.

This week I’m off to Aldeburgh, singing Hippolyta in Benjamin Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, appropriately for the week of Midsummer!
